In Events tab for both Intel and Nvidia Geforce 940M drivers have this message:
Device PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1347&SUBSYS_098C1025&REV_A2\4&1e7c23fe&0&00E4 requires further installation.
I have been having issues with drivers stopping and recovering. Have updated drivers, fixed video_tdr_failure message.
