My sister laptop has a boot up problem.
When the battery is plugged in the laptop starts to boot up then it just shuts down. The fan works and so does the hard drive.
When I unplug the battery and just had the laptop plugged into the ac adapter the laptop would boot up fine.
We replaced the battery and the issue is still there.
Any sugestions on what I should check out?
