After installing the acer portal on my computer and android phone, I took a few pictures on my phone. When I checked my computer later on I saw that they were there and I viewed them. The next day I took some more pics with the phone and nothing worked. Abdocs also worked the first time and then never again. Neither app is working now. Anyone have the same problem and do you have a solution?
