It has boot issue due to which i register complain against this.
My complain id is [edited for privacy]. The local service center situated in city:- Raipur, state:- Chhattisgarh is telling me that we have to replaced the hard disk, but you won't be getting Genuine windows 8.1 again. How is that possible, I purchased the laptop along with Genuine Windows 8.1 operating system and now after repair i will not get the windows 8.1.
Please let me know whether i will get the same as i mentioned above.
