Aspire E5-772-535C keyboard issues

Hi,

I recently purchased a new Aspire E17 E5-772-535C and the keyboard has completely stopped working. Everything else is working fine but the keyboard won't even work to enter the BIOS.

I'very tried reinstalling the drivers, system restore, reinstalling Windows and updating the BIOS but the keyboard still doesn't work.

Any help would be appreciated.
