I recentley bought acer laptop, brand new.
Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 Wireless Network Adapter
it comes with windows 10 installed.
since I bought it, internet surfing is now smooth.
even though it is connected to my home wifi, I have to refresh internet brower all the time, photos r xboxes.
I called acer support 2 times, and told me to update network adapter driver, uninstall and restart , and
download it from acer website, and re install. I tried everything, it worked, and when I turn it off and use my
laptop again, it's still happening. so like when I need my laptop, I re install the network adapter again and restart
computer, which is very annoying, and sometimes it's not even working!.
When I connect it with wire to modem, it's working good, and with my Iphone, wifi internet working just fine.
every device in my home is working good with my wifi, but my acer laptop.
Is my network adapter totally broken? is it hardware or actually a software?
