Hi. I just bought this Acer Aspire ES1-431-C6WA 4 days ago and my headphones does not fit the jack. There is nothing stuck inside the jack. My earphones are working on my other devices and it fits on my other Laptop (Acer aspire 1825PTZ). Please help
