I cant install touchpad driver, either synaptic or elantech

hi all, recently i just bought acer laptop. it is "ASPIRE E 14 E5-473G-36WZ" for spesific.

I use windows 10 64 bit.

Now the problem is i cant right click using 2 taps or scroll using two fingers scroll.

I tried to check my touchpad manufacturer via device manager but all i get just like this(it is not synaptic or elantech)

so i decide to try to install both driver but none of that works.

i also tried using twotapsclick from github but some class are missing, which is because synaptic driver doesnt installed properly.

the "regedit" trick doesnt works too..

any advice??
