I just got the Switch 10 E about a week ago. the first day it worked fine. the 2nd day, while i'm surfing the web or opening files, the screen randomly blacks out. I end up having to push the power button twice. the first time it turns off the screen and the 2nd time it turns it back on and brings me to the lock screen. has anyone ever had this problem before?
