Hi every one I'm Janos. I've just upgraded Wind 8.1to10 all went well till I tried to update ITunes then my laptop switched off I called Microsoft they advices its might be a hardware issue. I've tried to unplug and remove the battery but didn't work. The laptop is Aspire E1. Any advice on it ?
