I have slow operation respond with new ACER Laptop Aspire ES1-131 with 2GB, DDR3L SDRAM & 500GB HDD.

I have problem very slowgoing operation response of my new laptop ACER Aspire ES11 (ES1-131), Model N15Q3, NX.G17SN.004, Windows 10, 2 GB, DDR3L SDRAM 500 GB HDD.

Could you please assist how to solving this problem, whether require to be added RAM from 2 GB to 4 GB or how?
