Hello, a have a E5-522G-82U0 laptop. Today a was make some attempts to recovery my Windows 10 to one of the recovery points, but all of this attempts is failed - the process freeze on the stage "initialization recovery". I was wait 20-30 minutes, then tried to use another point - every time unsuccessfully. After it, i tried to use early created USB flash recovery disk - fail again ( system isn't see the recovering files oh the flash disk ). Having lost of many time, i had to use a restore option to return my laptop to factory condition - but it's not good ! Why i have so many problems with recovery ? It's Windows 10 or Acer hardware problems ? Thank you and sorry for my English.
