I have a brand new E5-573G-52G3 (E15?) that my husband bought from NewEgg in February. It was randomly locking up and required a restart to get anything to move again. When I got around to dealing with it, it has passed the 30 days return with NewEgg so I contacted Acer who had me return it and they replaced the HD.
After two weeks, it is locking up again. Again it's random, there is no rhyme or reason to when it locks. Acer want me to contact Level Two but I thought I might see if anyone here had any ideas first.
