Why My Aspire 5750G-A temperature is too hight

hello guys . why my temperature of Aspire 5750G-A " 6GB RAM / Intel Core i7 2630QM 2.0GHz 2.93 GHz / 540M GPU "

is too high like this my power options is in high performance but in any kind of power options it's nothing change
