Dead Pixels Aspire E1-470

Hi everyone! Im having trouble with dead pixels on my Aspire E1-470 64bit running Windows 10. at first I thought it was dust on my screen, but is not its a multiple dead pixels on my screen, what do I need to do ? will it worse over time. my laptop is about 1.2 years old. my warranity was already expired. any advice to deal with it ? thank you.
