I have a question about the number of button combination
pushed at the same time.
I've problem in my favourite game with this, because it isn't working
like on my old notebook.
When I press and hold a certain number of buttons some of them doesn't work.
So , it's possible to enable more working combination at the same time on my keyboard,
or it's the issue of hardware restriction ?

I recently clicked on the fn and f5 key together on accident and it messed with my screen and now my background is no longer full screen but small and centralised and everything has become smaller. I have tried adjusting my display, restarting multiple times and repressing the fn+f5 key but nothing seems to be working. Please help.
Every time I use my (new, just out of the box) laptop's trackpad while watching a video/listening to music/doing anything that uses the speakers, the audio becomes staticky and distorted. It's been happening since I bought it a couple weeks ago. I've tried uninstalling the trackpad drivers and rebooting, uninstalling a couple audio drivers and rebooting, but nothing has had any effect. I haven't noticed the same distortion while using earphones or an external speaker. I've seen a couple people with Acer laptops (not the same model) reporting the same problem, but their issues seem to have been resolved by uninstalling the drivers. Does anyone have any other solutions, or at least a potential explanation for the problem?
I have an Aspire E15 laptap, not quite 2 years old. Just noticed the left hinge is coming apart. I have to keep pushing it back together.
I just bought this lap top but do not see an eject button. How do I install my security cd if there is no way to open drive? Help.

Well, of course I'm on a Acer. I tried to use MS tool that allows to hide an update on Win 10, but, this one does not show in that tool.
I'm pretty sure I do not need this update. Any insight would be welcome.

I'm having a problem with my WiFi & Trackpad. My laptop was upgraded to Win 10. Acer has support for all drivers from what I can see. The problem is if I install the trackpad driver the WiFi stops working. If I install the WiFi driver the trackpad stops working. One good thing is I can use external mouse and have no WiFi problems. I was wondering if anyone has had this problem and has a fix for it. Thank you
System says I am out of warranty and has a date of 9/29/15 but my receipt shows purchase 10/20/2015. Cannot reach a live person. Any number or email to reach a live person for support if system thinks I am out of warranty?

And when I get one, I plug it in and that's it ? Did I have something to do after that like install a drivers of something like that ?
The cursor jumps all over whenever I type or try to. Will ookalso just erase everything just typed. T I left an example of what it just does. So frustrating. Took several minutes to try and complete this having to redo again and again.
The original optical dvd/cdrw drive has just packed up on me and I need an original replacement.Do you know where I can get one and how much ?

Can i know what has happened to Acer Aspire E5 575G 54ZH series because i am about to buy one but no one is selling that type of laptop. Can someone informe if they are withdrawn from the market because of some kind of error or it is just not popular category at all. Is all alright with that particular series?

I have an Acer Aspire E11 (ES1-111M-C7DE), with Windows 8.1.
I am receiving the apparently common battery error of "plugged in, not charging". The battery is completely dead, 0%.
So my questions are:
Is there a way to flash the BIOS by command line and avoid the charging issue?
Is there anything else on the software/OS side I can do, before I spend money on a new charger or battery? Especially since every other person with this error seems to have a Windows problem, not a hardware problem.
Eventhough it has Intel HD520, it lacks DP slot.
I'm not sure whether HDMI 1.4 can handle resolution 2560x1080.
