Aspire E5-575 (2017) running Win 10-32. WiFi will only connect automaticallly on IPv6. I have to manually set IPv4 setting everytime I get on my network. I have unistalled and reinstalled drivers for Qualcomm Adaptor. Reset PC. Done all the ipconfig stuff. Nothing works. Anything other ideas? This is so frustrating!

Acer Aspire A515-51G-53JT keyboard problem
Today I noticed a strange problem with my Aspire A515-51G-53JT laptop which I bought almost a month ago.
Some keys randomly stop working and it's always the same keys. So far I've discovered that the periodically shutting off keys include 1 3 - q t p ] j 3(num) 5(num) righ arrow
I have never dropped the laptop or poured any liquids on it, I got it new and unopened. It worked flawlessly prior to this problem.
I tried uninstalling the keyboard drivers and resetting the computer but the problem returned almost immediately. The keys stop working for a few seconds and then work again but it's very annoying.
Ironically, prior to buying this laptop I wanted to buy a Lenovo Legion y520 but what stopped me was the revelation that many people encounter a keyboard problem with them (same as mine but lenovo users have different keys stop working). I heard that they solve the problem by unscrewing some screws from the base of the laptop because there are three of them that are too long so they ram against the motherboard or some other components. Anyway, tangent over.
I just tested this problem by plugging in an usb keyboard and waiting for the keys to stop working. The keystrokes from the laptop's keyboard didn't work while the usb keyboard worked just fine.
Did anyone else encounter this problem?

Acer F15 F5-573G-56G battery does not charge to designed capacity
Hi,
I have Acer F5-573G Laptop about a year old and the full charge capacity of the battery has decreased. Is this due to life cycle of battery or some calibraion issue?

Random power lose on Aspire E5-575 59FD
Hi, My laptop lose power randomly and switched off abruptly. In the event viewer it shows as critical event with event id 41. Just before 1 sec of this there is a event id 6 which has following description:
File System Filter 'npsvctrig' (10.0, 2015-07-10T05:14:31.000000000Z) has successfully loaded and registered with Filter Manager.
It happened to me thrice. Two times in a row and third time after 4 days. Every time there is a event id 6 before crash. Tell me what could cause this. My laptop is 2 month old. System specs are below:
Windows 10 Pro 64bit latest build
Core i5 7200U
8GB Ram
1 TB HDD
BIOS Ver. 1.27

The led indicator was no longer showing that the laptop was charging although the charger was plugged in and the laptop could not be turned on. Acer VN7-593G thunderbolt 3 problems
Hi guys, I acquired the VN7 this week and installed windows 10 x64 on the laptop. Everything nice and good until I wanted to test the thunderbolt 3 port. I installed the driver from the driver site but in the device manager there's nothing about thunderbolt 3, only if I check "show hidden" in the usb tab, USB 3.1 eXtensible Host controller appears. Also when i connect a phone with usb c it doesn't charge the phone. What i tried furthermore i connected one usb C cable to a regular usb adapter to plug a stick drive but it doesn't work. Any advice? Also i have the BIOS to the latest version.

Does ACER offer preinstalled Ubuntu laptops in Malaysia? I know that such laptops are available in India. It doesn't make sense to pay for a Windows OS and then remove and install Linux on the machine.

I have an Aspire V5-552 laptop and am trying to connect this to an Aspire K222HQL monitor. I am using an USB to HDMI converter but it is saying "no signal" on my monior screen? Ideally I want to connect a third display but I cannot even gt it to work on 2nd monitor.
