I just bought the laptop 3 days ago and my internet speed is very low , 16 Mbps on Wifi and 7 Mbps on Enthernet cable, i pay for a 100 Mbps connection speed and on other device's i have 90-95 Mbps
I bought my Acer Aspire ES1-523 laptop on last April this year. It came with preinstalled Linux OS but provided a disc containing drivers only for Windows 10. I removed Linux and installed dual boot of Windows 10 and Windows 7 together as a backup in case of system failure and software compatiblities. In most cases I use Windows 7 because I feel more comfortable on using it.
Almost all the drivers are compatible in both versions of Windows, except that Windows 7 does not support the Bluetooth drivers, and it shows Unknown Device in Device Manager. I tried installing dozens of different drivers and tested several driver updating utilities but none of them could find the compatible and appropriate driver for the inbuilt Bluetooth device (it works flawlessly in Windows 10). I need it for connecting Bluetooth speakers and Bluetooth audio devices.
Hence, I would like to request to provide the link of Bluetooth drivers for Windows 7 IF anyone of you have already installed it on your system and works without any issues. Thanks in advance !!

my laptop have two graphics, intel hd 4000 and nvidia 710m
i set nvidia control pannel to the lowest setting and play fifa 15 with the lowest setting and
my fps is between1 and 3
i install and play other game like fifa14, call of quarez, company of heroes2,.... but imy fps is between 1-3
i do update my graphic cards driver but not solved
if i play my games on intel hd 4000 fps between 25-35
is the 710m more powerfull of intel hd 4000 or not

Why you guys send lesser quality Acer products to Sri Lanka and India? But you guys send high quality products to the United States! I bought an Acer laptop called E5-575G but in many web sites I saw it has a backlit keyboard! But after buying it I realized that I was fooled! Very sad! The only reason I bought it was, I thought it has a backlit keyboard! I am so disappointed in your company! I still ACER brand very much tho!

I dont know if anyone can answer this or if an acer official can address me on this but I bought the Acer aspire vx15-591G laptop 2 months ago and after 2 months of moderate usage i can hear the fans clearly making noise.
I think this is unacceptable for a 2 month laptop!!! Also when i touch the laptop I can feel it vibrating from the fans. And I am just browsing!! Not even playing a demanding game! I dont know if its just my laptop that is defective but i am really dissapointed as a customer.

Hello, I have just recently purchased a new Acer Aspire E5 on Friday, September 1st, 2017. With it I purchased a 1 year warranty, but every time I try to register the warranty it says the Serial Number does not exist. I've ensured that the SN is correct multiple times, and when I even register the computer it is the correct number. Any idea where I can get this issue resolved? Thank you for yout ime.
I just received my Acer E5 575-33BM laptop but a problem had already risen. Right next to the trackpad, and around the keyboard, the material of the laptop disintegrates into something like eraser leftovers. This is only by slight rubbing and contact. How can this problem get fixed?
I've just purchased an external microphone which uses the jack socket, but my Aspire V15 doesn't recognise it.

My processor is listed, as suggested here http://community.acer.com/t5/Swift-Spin-S-and-R-Series/Adding-an-external-microphone-s7-392/m-p/450836, but the only available downloads for the processor are a Microcode data file, graphics driver and processor identification utility. No chipset.
I'm reluctant to experiment with the identification utility in case it messes up my computer.
Any suggestions for how to get the microphone to work?
My Laptop charger just fell off from my bag (less than 10cm) from the ground and it stopped working. I abandoned it and took another charger since we bought three of the PC model. After few months, the new charger fell again and stopped working too. Please what is going on and what do i do?
