Dears,

 

I have Aspire V15 V3-572G-73LZ

It was windows 8.1 and then I upgrade it to 10

I tried to reset my Pc and while it is running the restoring process, it is hang.

After many time of tries, I couldn't restore my system and as my system image broken.

I installed new windows 10 by CD ( not original ). And now I want to know how to get my orginal system recovery ?

I want the to install my original system, how ?

Can I install it from internet and then my restory from it ?

I picked up a laptop a while back, an ACER Aspire F5-573, on sale. Brand new, great buy.

 

The touchpad was working fine when I booted into Windows to check and see if it booted up. I installed Mint and the touchpad worked fine for a day or so then it started to work only haltingly, acting like the computer was seriously lagging. I tried all the driver updates, nothing.

 

Eventually I sent it in for repairs and it came back the other day. They nuked the HD and installed Windows again (annoying, but I had backed up my data so no catastrophe), touchpad worked just fine. They replaced the touch pad.

 

I go to install Mint, boot from the USB, the live desktop comes up, touchpad works fine. When I click on "Install Linux Mint" and that window comes up, suddenly I get the slow mouse again. Literally the second it opens, the mouse starts doing this. I close out, it's still doing it.

 

I reboot, touchpad works fine. Re-open the installer, down it goes.

 

What on earth is going on?

Hi, I'm trying to find a complete housing for this laptop but there isn't a lot for the 521G so I was wondering if I could use the 571's housing or from other similar models.

Does anyone know what part numbers I should be looking for:

Aspire E5-573T running Win10. Twice now my Bluetooth has gone away. I was able to fix it one time by deleting the BT device in Device Manager and rebooting. I was using BT to listen to something on headphones and it dropped out. Noticed there was no longer a BT option in either the "action center" or in my Windows settings. Have tried to reinstall all available BT drivers that are listed for this model. Intel, Broadcom and Atheos(?). No luck. Please help.

 

I wish this laptop had a recovery disk/option. I'd much rather backup everything and start fresh. I'm always having minor yet extremely annoying issues with this laptop.

Is there a way to turn on the touchpad using only the keyboard? While adjusting the touchpad controls, I tried clicking off the touchpad and now have no pointer to turn touchpad back on

Hello! Yesterday I wanted to install Cambridge Advanced learner's dictionary from the dvd but when I inserted the DVD I was shocked for the dvd icon does not appear even in the device manager! I tried many solutions that are available out there but no success even the registry edit! I inserted my Windows 10 Education DVD to reinstall windows but the DVD doesnot work in boot also! I have a usb stick with Ubuntu I could not boot from usb (even the one which has windows 10 files) unless I change boot mode to legacy. After Installing Ubuntu 16 the DVD is still not working! Today I have reinstalled Windows 10 creators and the problem is still persistent! Now I am running Ubuntu 16. Please what should I do? Thank you in advance

My Acer Aspire E5-473G turns on but the screen stays black but whenever I flash a flashlight onto the screen i can see that the my laptop was open. How can I fix it?

Hello,

 

i'm having trouble regarding with the update of acer care center, i always failed to update. the care center download the update but it didn't finish the downloading update, after 50% 70% of downloading update it failed saying this "Download failed. Please check your network connection and try again. "

On my old Lenovo laptop that I exchanged for this one, I was able to play audio from my iPhone 7 through bluetooth to the Laptop Speakers. But when I tryed to do it on this laptop, it didn't work. It pairs with bluetooth just fine it just can't play audio. Is there anyway to fix this?

PC Details

 

I have Acer E5- 573, Serial No. NXMVHSI0275291055C7600 , and SNID: 52906690876. I have 4 GB RAM, Windows 8.1 Pro 64 bits, 1 TB hard disk space, i3 processor. I want to upgrade my RAM. I want to know what the maximum amount of RAM is that I can install in my system. Also I want to know that do I have a free memory slot for RAM or the manugacturers used all of them?

 does anyone have an idea on how to reset this acer aspire one model AOD255E. there's a catch though...no windows anywhere, the Alt F10 does not work, oh and there is no prompt command either. I just want to factory reset

Hi guys,

 

I have an Acer E5-575G with USB-C 3.1 port.

I just bourgt a USB-C monitor, but can't get it working.

Can someone tell me if this is because the USB-C 3.1 port doesn't support display out or its a driverproblem?

I have cloned my EMMC to the SSD with AOMEI Backupper, but I couldn't manage to set the boot priority for SSD. It still boots from EMMC, although I gave the first place to SSD in BIOS. How can I rearrange the boot order?

I want to know if i can upgrade my processor(i5 3337U) to an i7 3632qm or i7 3630qm.

 

I have already made an RAM upgrade, i changed the 2gb memory with an 8gb memory, and the mobo recongnizes 9,6gb.

Hi folks,

So, as I don't really understand laptops that much I am in a big dillema and I could use some help from you.

I recently bought the Acer Aspire E 15 laptop (E5-575G-52CZ) which in specs said it had a LED monitor but it turns out it's a TTF monitor. What I am confused about is whether LED includes TTF or not, because I am starting to doubt the store which sold the laptop.

Secondly, it runs on Win 10 and I cannot adjust the display because I can't adjust the contrast and the display is really to high contrasted for my eyes (I need to wear sunglasses while on the laptop). Oh, and the brightness level is the lowest, so I adjusted that.

 

What I am essentially worried about is that the display screen is not adjustable, and that it's useless if it's a TFT.. am I right?
