Vodafone Mobile Boadband on Windows Server 2016 on Acer Aspire E1-532

My Vodafone USB modem isn’t getting picked up. I’m running Windows Server 2016 Datacenter Edition on an Acer Aspire E1-532 and I have the latest Vodafone app installed for the Windows 10 drivers, but it gives the following error:

ES 15 stops factory reset at 3%
I have tried to factory reset my Aspire ES 15 using both Alt f10 and restore but can only get to 3% and then it reverts with no changes made. I have tried create a system erecovery on a pen drive but still only 3%.

install ssd for dual boot win10
I purchased a ssd for my Acpire E15-575G to run a second (Ubuntu) operating system.
I installed the operating system on the second (SSD) drive.
Windows doesn't recognize the Ubuntu disk (no problem) but neither does the UEFI/bios.
How can I get the system to come up and ask if I want to boot Ubuntu?

My Laptop wont awaken after putting it into sleep mode.
After putting my Laptop ( Acer Aspire E 15) into sleep mode, it will not awaken by moving the mouse. It turns black and I have to restart. Any clues why this happens?

Potentially dumb question here, but how exactly do I get Word on my new laptop? When I launch it, I get a window that asks if I want to Try, Buy or Activate with a product key. (I guess I assumed it was already installed & ready to go)

Aspire M5-583P-6637
I'm currently having an issue where I can't even use my laptop. When I get to the login screen like normal it suddenly pops up there's an error and it needs to restart. The error being Kernel Auto Boost Lock Acquisition with Raised IRQL. It'll restart and then the login screen pops up if I touch anything it pops up with the same error message. Then it gives me an option to restart my laptop to an early time before the problem. I tried that and it still pops up with the error. I have no idea what to do to fix it since I can't even use my laptop.

Acer E5-573-33LX won't burn cd's
I've had this laptop for a few weeks - W10 64 bit. I have had no luck burning cd's - data or audio. iTunes gives me an error code, Windows Media Player simply quits after a few seconds of an attempted burn, same result from an explorer window.
Where to go from here one wonders? Any help would be appreciated.

E5-532G-P10U RAM upgrade
Half a year ago I've bought this laptop and now it's time to upgrade RAM. As the laptop uses intel N3700, the maximum amount of RAM according to the Intel site is 8gb. Nevertheless Acer support team told me, that it's possible to install 2x8gb sticks. After dissassembling the laptop I've found out, that the second sodimm slot mount is not soldered.
So what's the best RAM upgrade solution in your opinion?

I am attempting to connect a Vizio soundbar to my Acer laptop with bluetooth, it will not pair.
The Bluetooth devise indicates it is working, but it will not pair with my Vizio Soundbar. The Soundbar pair with my Cell Phone properly. I have uninstalled the laptop enternal Bluetooth device, and installed, but no success.
